In organizing team interaction, under Odell-Intl's Program Manager’s supervision, a Project Engineer is chosen and assigned to the Client's project, who works closely with the chosen Project Architect throughout the planning and design process. Project Engineers assigned to a project are selected based on their demonstrated experience in specific building types in the following areas:
